Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a collection services for all business processes.

Dynamics 365 is sold as different editions. Business Central for small to medium business and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for large business.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is what was formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The latest version of Microsoft Dynamics AX is 2012R3. This version will co-exist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and will be supported by Microsoft until 2023.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management is made from the same core as Dynamics AX2012R3 and is therefor functionally very similar. The biggest change is the new platform that makes Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations a web-based ERP-system.

Dynamics 365 also includes the products Field Service, Sales, Project Service Automation, Customer Service, Retail och Human Resources.
