We’re the ERP consultants we wanted to work with. Literally.

Most of us have been in the industry for a long time, in large international projects. Over time, we felt there were things that could be improved — closer collaboration, less focus on billable hours, and more on results and relationships. When we founded FourOne in 2005, we brought together the most experienced consultants we had worked with to deliver the kind of quality we always wanted ourselves.

We may not be the biggest name in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

But we’re very good at F&SCM. You won’t find thousands of consultants and project managers here; we’re 16 people, and that’s about as big as we want to be. Most of us have worked together for years, across many different types of projects. We focus almost entirely on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, which allows us to quickly understand new assignments and know what tends to work best in different settings.

We don’t believe in quick fixes. They rarely solve the real problem or create the kind of value we want for the client or for ourselves. When we work long-term, we can truly understand how the business operates. We see what needs to change and what already works. For our clients, it means having a partner who builds knowledge over time and understands the business, not just the technology.
